6PM Escape

It's almost 6 PM and your boss is still at the office. Sneak past the desks, plants and boxes to the golden elevator in 120 seconds. Whenever the boss clears his throat ("Ahem!"), freeze: if you are still moving when he turns around, you are sent back to your desk with an overtime stamp.

Hide behind plants, partitions and large boxes, grab and drag boxes or coworkers, and ride rolling office chairs. Play solo, or share the room link with up to three friends and escape together. Everything runs in your browser.

This is a free prototype by DPC Labs, made to test whether the idea is fun. Expect rough edges. English and Korean are supported. Sound is optional (use the button in the top right).

Controls

• WASD / arrow keys: move
• Space: get on / off a chair
• E: grab / drag a nearby box or coworker (carrying slows you down)
• Play together: press "Copy invite link" and send it to friends (the link opens the game directly, no itch.io account needed)

Notes

• Online rooms run on our own small server: rooms last up to about 15 minutes and the number of simultaneous rooms is limited, so you may occasionally see a "rooms are full" screen. Try again later.
